Booth Information
- Exhibitor move-in date/time: Saturday April 18, 2015 after 7 AM
- Exhibitor move-out date/time: Sunday April 19, 2015 by 5 PM
- Each booth includes one six-foot table, two chairs and a wastebasket.
- Cost: $650 per booth
- A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required with application. Full payment is due by December 1, 2014.

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
1. Applications will only be accepted upon payment of a non-refundable $250.00 deposit. Full payment is due no later than December 1, 2014. Failure to make full payment by this date will result in forfeiture of exhibit space and deposit.
2. Exhibit fee includes: one six-foot draped table, two chairs, one identification sign and wastebasket.
3. Cancellations: in the event that notification of intent to cancel is received prior to March 10, 2015, exhibitor will forfeit $250.00 deposit but will receive a refund of all remaining exhibit fees. In the event that fire, flood, strike, breach of contract, breach of warranty, acts of God or other circumstance beyond the control of Synchronicity Publishing LLC causes the conference to be canceled, a full refund of exhibit rental fees will be made.
4. Liability/Security: in contracting as an exhibitor at The International Conference of Creativity, Thinking and Education, the applicant agrees to assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury or damage to people, displays, equipment and other property; and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless its owners, agents and employees from any and all losses, damages and claims. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such events. Synchronicity Publishing LLC makes every reasonable effort to provide adequate protection for exhibitors’ merchandise and displays during non-exhibit hours. Exhibitors are encouraged to take precautionary measures to safeguard against theft.
